Are the treatments safe for my pets and kids?
We use targeted products applied where pests travel, not across open floors. For exterior sprays, we ask that pets and kids stay off treated areas until dry — usually about 30 minutes. Your technician will walk you through exactly what's used.
Do I need to be home for visits?
Only for the first inspection and any interior work. Quarterly exterior visits can happen while you're out; you'll get a text summary with photos afterward.
What if pests come back between visits?
Call or text us. Re-treats between scheduled visits are included on every plan at no extra charge, and we aim to be there within 48 hours.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. We ask you to stay through your second visit — that's how long a barrier takes to work — and then you can cancel any time.
